Exchange Policy

Products purchased from Cell Laboratories can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery.

  • The received item does not match the product description or specifications as listed on our website.

To initiate an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +92-326-6888099. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered. However, if an item is out of stock or found to be flawed, we will issue a store credit/coupon of equal value, valid for future purchases on our website.

Refunds or store credits will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

  • Used, worn, or damaged products due to customer handling.

  • Missing original packaging, labels, tags, or accessories.

  • Color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings.

📌 Note: Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once an order has been shipped, the Exchange Policy will apply. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Cell Laboratories reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or payment issues.
