Each tablet contains:

Amlodipine Besylate equivalent to Amlodipine 5mg or 10mg

Valsartan 80mg or 160mg

Strength/Dosage:

Vmed 5/80 mg: Amlodipine 5mg + Valsartan 80mg

Vmed 5/160 mg: Amlodipine 5mg + Valsartan 160mg

Vmed 10/160 mg: Amlodipine 10mg + Valsartan 160mg
Dosage:
As prescribed by the physician. Typically, once daily, with or without food.
Indications:

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)

Reduction of the risk of cardiovascular events in patients requiring dual antihypertensive therapy

Used when monotherapy with either Amlodipine or Valsartan is insufficient
