Each tablet contains:

• Phloroglucinol Hydrate 80mg

• Trimethyl phloroglucinol 80mg

Injection (IM/IV):
Each 4ml ampoule contains:

• Phloroglucinol Hydrate 40mg

• Trimethyl phloroglucinol 0.04mg

Strength/Dosage:

• Phlonol Tablets: 80mg/80mg per tablet

• Phlonol Injection: 40mg/0.04mg per 4ml ampoule

Dosage:

As prescribed by the physician. Typically:

• Tablets: 1 tablet three times daily, with or without food

• Injection (IM/IV): 1 ampoule (4ml) slowly IV or deep IM, repeated if necessary

Indications:

• Treatment of acute spasmodic pain in the gastrointestinal, biliary, urinary, and gynecological tracts

• Relief of colic pain (renal colic, biliary colic)

• Dysmenorrhea (painful menstrual cramps)

• Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) with spasmodic episodes

• Adjunct therapy for urinary tract or gastrointestinal spasms
