Description

Composition: Iron sucrose complex

Product Type: Injection

Quantity: Each vial contains 5 mL of the iron sucrose complex solution.

Strength/Dosage: Each 5 mL vial contains 100 mg of iron sucrose complex (equivalent to 20 mg of elemental iron per mL).

Indications:
Irocell Injection is indicated for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in patients who are unable to tolerate oral iron supplements or who require iron supplementation but cannot achieve adequate response with oral iron therapy. It is particularly useful in conditions such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), patients on hemodialysis, and those with gastrointestinal malabsorption or other conditions resulting in iron deficiency.

Irocell is also used to correct iron deficiency anemia in patients undergoing elective surgery and for those requiring iron replacement therapy.
