Each tablet contains:

• Clozapine 25mg or 100mg

Strength/Dosage:

• Clipin 25mg Tablet: Clozapine 25mg

• Clipin 100mg Tablet: Clozapine 100mg

Dosage:

As prescribed by the physician. Typical dosage:

• Treatment-resistant Schizophrenia:

  • Starting dose: 12.5mg once or twice daily

  • Gradual increase: 25–50mg daily over 2 weeks

  • Target dose: 300–450mg/day (divided doses)

  • Maximum dose: 900mg/day

• Recurrent Suicidal Behavior in Schizophrenia:

  • Starting dose: 12.5mg once or twice daily

  • Gradual increase as tolerated

Indications:

• Treatment-resistant schizophrenia (for patients unresponsive to other antipsychotics)

• Reduction of suicidal behavior in schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder
